A Look Into Tiffani Taylor’s Art Gallery

One of the highlights from the road trip the Mister and I took down south to Florida was a stopoff in Savannah, GA. Our first trip to Savannah was about 3 years ago and we fell in love with the old buildings, great Southern food, gorgeous parks, art and the unbelievably friendly people.

During that first trip we were walking in downtown Savannah when I spotted the prettiest art gallery, with an adorable pink poppy bud vase in the window that I couldn’t live without. That sweet bud vase started my love affair with Tiffani Taylor’s artwork.

Tiffani’s gallery is the epitome of lovely; the harsh industrial space has been been turned into a dreamy wonderland with white paint, gold chandeliers and vintage furniture. The space is bright and light filled, with filmy white curtains that waft in the wind as you walk in and beautiful artwork filling the gallery from floor to ceiling.

We were able to spend some time in the gallery chatting with Tiffani and her equally lovely mom. One of my favorite parts during our visit was that Tiffani remembered us and the bud vase right away, nearly three years after our initial visit because as her mom phrased it “She knows where all her babies go”.

As we looked around the gallery I fell in love with even more of her beautiful pieces. Tiffani travels often to Paris and Provence for inspiration. Much of her artwork can be traced back to the beautiful flowers she sees on her travels, mixed with famous landmarks such as the Eiffel Tower.

What sets her artwork even further apart is the use of vintage letters, musical notes and pages from books that Tiffani includes in her paintings. She also remembers where each sheet came from and how she acquired it so that each piece of art has its own story to tell.

In addition to the paintings, sketches and prints, Tiffani also has the most adorable home collection filled with picture frames, sachets, dishware and pillows. We are stopping by again on our way back to DC and I’ve got my eye on one of the pillows {and maybe a dish or two!}.

If you have the chance to go to Savannah you absolutely must stop by to see this warm, friendly art-filled oasis Tiffani has created.

I also stumbled upon Tiffany’s lovely art gallery while vacationing in Savannah. Her paintings are beautiful as is she. I look forward to my next visit to Savannah and will be certain to visit the gallery again
