Yoga in Paris: Lolë Yoga

As many of you know I’m a devout yoga girl and I’ve been practicing on my own as we travel along. I recently found the Lolë yoga store in Le Marais where I discovered out they offer free meet-up classes on the weekends.

It was a rainy Sunday morning outside but the shop was turned into a yoga studio led by the loveliest instructor, Marie. While the class was taught in French {I understand a decent amount of French} the instructor was very careful to translate the important bits to make certain I understood what she was discussing. She showed her dedication to her students as she went to each person throughout class to make certain everyone had each breathe and movement correct. I loved getting out to meet other yogis in Paris and discover how French yoga stacks up to American yoga.

The Lolë clothing brand is Canadian and they offer free meet-ups in Canada, USA, Paris, and throughout Europe. Lolë puts an emphasis on clothing that is versatile but adorable, it can be worn for yoga, traveling or out and about, the fabrics feel great and the quality is definitely there {plus the looks are ridiculously cute}. I am currently obsessing over the pleasure pant, baggage pant, and Megan top. Oh and if you sign up for email you get 15% off!

I’m sorry but I haven’t found any other studios. Good luck trying the meetups!

I go to Gerard Arnaud in the 11th. Very nice and in a quiet spot, also not too expensive. Check it out. 🙂
