~ Top 10 Romantic Films ~
With Valentine’s Day quickly approaching, my choices for what to watch have taken a decidedly romantic turn {not surprising given that I am a hopeless romantic} These films always make me melt, cry, and sigh happily…
{The Notebook – a beautiful love story told from the 1940s to modern day. I cry every time}
{Midnight in Paris -the perfect setting mixed with romance and the Roaring Twenties}
{Crazy, Stupid, Love – true love shown as funny, sweet, sad and endearing…just like the real thing}
{Breakfast at Tiffany’s – the cause of my love for Tiffany & Co, croissants, NYC, LBD’s, updos, and over-sized accessories}
{Up – the sheer sweetness of Carl and Ellie’s love story makes me cry every time}
{Anne of Green Gables – one of my favorite childhood stories of a love story told over time}
{Before Sunrise – I can trace the beginning stirrings of my wanderlust to this film}
{Before Sunset – a much needed sequel to Before Sunrise and perfect to watch back-to-back}
{While You Were Sleeping – mistaken identity leads to love, along with the reason why I love stamps in my passport}
{Roman Holiday – a Vespa, gorgeous images of Rome and Audrey Hepburn all combine in this sweet love story}
