~ Christmas in New York City {Insta Recap} ~

Early Christmas in NYC with the hubby was utter perfection! From the weather {not too cold} to the shows {Phantom of the Opera, The Nutcracker and Rock of Ages} to an EPIC shopping day {Chanel, Tiffany and Bendel’s} every day was filled with wonder, beauty and oh so much Christmassy joy.

~ Day One ~

{Morning train ride with my favorite Rebecca Minkoff studded bag}

{TKTS line wearing Fiorentini + Baker boots, J Crew coat & Deux Lux bag}

{People Style Watch/Fix Beauty Bar Holiday Beauty Event – OPI Manicure in Live and Let Die}

{I chose a side pony from the Holiday Look options –  so much fun to get my hair & nails done while also meeting with the Style Watch editors}

{Afterwards the hubby and I went to see Phantom then exchanged Xmas gifts, more on that in a moment…}

~ Day Two ~

{This perfect day began at the Bryant Park Christmas Tree, with a hot cup of cider}

{Followed by a macaron at the Holiday Shops}

{Then my ultimate dream come true moment…my Xmas gift from my amazing hubby was a trip to Chanel for ANY purse of my choosing!!}

{I chose the absolutely perfect lambskin Iconic in medium with gold hardware that had just arrived from Paris…foreordained!}

{Later, we went to Tiffany and Co where they had this sweet stocking display}

{{Tiffany’s Holiday windows were one of my favorites}

{Our decadent day became even lovelier when we went to the NYC Ballet exquisite performance of The Nutcracker}

{Topped off the evening with a speculoos Belgian waffle by Wafels and Dinges}

~ Days Three, Four & Five ~

{must have burgers, shakes and cheese fries at Shake Shack}

{back to Bryant Park, wearing Kate Spade raspberry wool hat}

{vintage Chanel button strung on a fresh water pearl bracelet}

{La Maison du Chocolat – the creamiest, thickest hot chocolate}

{fountain outside of Central Park filled with Christmas trees}

{Bûche de Noël by La Maison du Chocolat – I have always wanted to try this decadent treat and was thrilled to find a tiny version}

{Rainy afternoon at The Met}

{gorgeous night at Rockefeller Center}

{train ride home…with a fun little French themed book bought at Shakespeare and Co}

~ Christmas traditions, favorite spots, Broadway and the Ballet, visits with friends and family, an epic shopping day, and creating new memories with the hubby on our first official Christmas together since marrying earlier this year, made this my best Christmas in NYC yet . ~
